Safer Recruitment

There is a statutory requirement for governing bodies of maintained schools to ensure that at least one person on any appointment panel has undertaken safer recruitment training. This approach is also recommended for all schools and academies in order to safeguard children and reduce the risk of appointing unsuitable staff who could pose a risk to children and young people.

Capita HR solutions offers the latest version of national safer recruitment consortium accredited training. On this training course delegates will gain an in-depth understanding of best practice in safer recruitment, informed by the latest national updates, and will gain key skills to make recruitment more efficient and effective.
