A major life office's findings on Capita's Completetrace service

A major life office undertook research to gain feedback on 'gone away' customers who had been traced through their partnership with our CompletetraceTM service. We've summarised the results in an infographic showing:

  • 92% satisfaction rating for the ease of the verification process
  • A third said that their perception of the life office had been improved
  • 87% of customers are now confident they know who to contact at the life office
  • One in six have told others about their positive experience with the life office
