Capita appoints Glenn Fallows from the Pensions Regulator as part of its DC Governance drive

19 February 2015

Capita Employee Benefits has appointed Glenn Fallows to bolster its growing DC consultancy practice.

Fallows was previously DC Policy Lead at the Pensions Regulator and played a leading role in determining the Regulator’s 31 DC Quality Features and the DC Code of Practice. He was also instrumental in the development of the Investment Governance Group (IGG) DC Principles.

Commenting on the appointment, Gary Smith, Head of DC Consulting, said: “I’m delighted to welcome Glenn on board. He’s joining a team with over 50 DC specialist consultants; one of the largest and most experienced in the country. We have seen significant growth in demand for our DC governance health checks, support and training. Glenn can rightly claim to be one of the foremost authorities on DC governance so represents an ideal addition to my team.”

Glenn explained his reasons for joining. ”I’ve known Gary for many years and you couldn’t help but be impressed with the consulting practice and proposition he has built here. Governance is a key part of Capita’s DC consulting proposition, Maestro, and I’m excited to be taking this out to clients. There is a clear commitment from Capita to keep building both the practice and the client propositions; it’s a great time to be joining.”
