Employee Insight Report
Survey of 3,000+ UK employees
Last week we attended the 18th annual Pension and Investment Provider Awards. The PIPAs recognise excellence amongst providers of services and products to workplace pensions and we are delighted to have won the award for Communication Specialist for the second year in a row.
The win is testament to the amazing work of our in-house creative communications agency, Creative Sparks. This award is presented by the Financial Times weekly publication, Pensions Expert.
Over the last 12 months we have supported more than 200 clients in producing engaging employee benefits campaigns aimed at increasing employee participation. From perfectly printed communications to integrated digital campaigns, from online and offline pension and total reward statements to animated films and augmented reality apps that grab attention, we’ve been bringing it all together.
To win this award once is a great accomplishment, but to win it two years in a row is truly outstanding. Our Creative Sparks team has raised the bar in pension communications and this award is a fantastic achievement, and a richly deserved award, for Louise Harris and her team. We strongly believe in a multi-channel communications strategy and utilising data and technology has given us an edge in an increasingly competitive field. Well done to all involved!
Our research reports are aimed at Pension Trustees and HR Directors, covering topics such as pensions, health, flexible benefits, engagement and wellness. They are free to download!Find out more
