Gender pay: a roadmap for narrowing the gap workshop

You’re ready to undertake your “snapshot” of your gender pay data on 5 April. But where do you go from here? How can you best present your data? When should you present it? And what initiatives should you be thinking about now to help you to narrow the gap in future years?

This evening event, which is run in conjunction with Capita’s Intelligent Leaders seminar programme, will provide you with the opportunity to hear from expert speakers and to share your thoughts, concerns and experiences with peers.
