Capita Employee Benefits are hosting a breakfast seminar in London on 29th November where we will discuss International Pension Plans (IPPs), everything you need to know about benefits across Eastern Europe and providing you with an insight into current global innovations that may be of interest to you and your employees. You will leave the seminar with unique insight into the topic of global benefits that you can build into your own benefits strategy, and hear best practice recommendations from experts with global reward mandates.

The seminar will cover:

  • Overview of International Pension Plans (IPPs) and Group Risk: Mark Belcher, International Corporate Distribution Manager at Zurich International Corporate Solutions - an introduction to IPPs and an unique perspective on the opportunities and challenges they present, including the utilisation of these plans to address severance pay liabilities in countries such as UAE, as well as a view on how international mobility is changing.
  • A review of benefits in Central Eastern Europe: Natalia Zaborovska, Head of International Benefits at MAI - Capita Employee Benefits’ Eastern European partner, MAI will cover what a typical employee benefits programme in Eastern Europe looks like, including differences between countries, key trends in the market and specific regulatory updates that you should be aware of.

  • An introduction to innovations in global benefits: John Hunt, Senior Global Benefits Consultant at Capita Employee Benefits - this session will look at what trends we're seeing in the market right now, including ideas on how you can use your global employee base as a benefit in itself. We'll also review what's happened in 2017 and look ahead to what might be round the corner for global benefits.
