Equality, Diversity & Inclusion: The Next Chapter - The Nuclear Decommissioning Authority & Capita
The journey towards an Inclusive culture takes many twists and turns – with varying levels of impact from the perspective of employees, HR leaders, executives and external stakeholders.
Paul Vallance, Director of Communications and Stakeholder Relations at the Nuclear Decommissioning Authority (NDA), will provide a senior stakeholder view from first ‘exposure’ to the topic through to the development of a transformational strategy.
Paul will share his personal transition to evangelist, and the challenges of embedding cultural change in a bureaucratic, unionised and complex organisation. Paul will be supported by Capita’s Alex Tullett, who will talk about the real break-throughs that have been made in D&I strategy.
Read The Story so Far about Sellafield’s journey, before listening to Paul talk about the evolution of D&I strategy throughout the NDA Estate.
