Session 2: DB scheme retirement options- what should you be offering members now?

Facilitators from Walker Morris LLP and Capita Employee Benefits shared their experiences and led a round table discussion to help attendees:

  • Understand the challenges facing trustees and sponsors, looking at what has changed as a result of the pensions freedoms and what options are available. ​​​​​
  • Identify the legal, regulatory, and fiduciary considerations
  • Consider the advantages of introducing options in their scheme
