Whenever you are faced with a breach of discipline or conduct, a grievance allegation or a claim of bullying or harassment it is vital that a full and impartial investigation is carried out before any action is taken against an employee. Often the person tasked with carrying out the investigation is unsure how best to proceed or what they need to do to ensure a fair process. This course will provide delegates with the skills and confidence needed to undertake a thorough and impartial investigation and prepare a report on their findings.
